At Ultimate Martial Arts we have programs for everyone in the family.
For Adults and Teens, we offer classes 6 days a week and students have the option to attend classes as often as they like. No matter what you are looking for, you will find it at Ultimate Martial Arts. All of our classes at Ultimate Martial Arts are broken up by ability level so all the students in class are learning the same material. As the student’s ability level increases, so will the degree of difficulty in the classes to con- tinuously challenge the student. Progressing with other members will also build new lasting friendships as you get to know and challenge your fellow students! There is not a Fitness Program out there that will compare to the benefits you will get from Martial Arts train- ing! Lose weight, build strength, increase flexibility, and learn self-defense.
